The ATLAS Overview Week will be held in "Masaru Ibuka Auditorium" in International Conference Center of Waseda University, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, Japan. It is located next to the main campus of Waseda University.

Reception and Poster session will take place on Monday, 11 June at Rihga Royal Hotel Tokyo (5-min walk distance from the venue).
Excursion (optional)
We will organize a half-day bus tour to visit Imperial palace and Asakusa area. Imperial palace is the former Edo castle, now a residence of the imperial family. Asakusa temple is one of the largest temple in Tokyo which dates back to 7th century. The tour is planned on Wednesday (13 Jun) afternoon after lunch. The cost of the tour is 30 CHF/person.
Collaboration dinner
Collaboration dinner will take place on Wednesday, 13 June at Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo. This hotel is famous for its beautiful Japanese Garden (participants can take a small walk before the dinner). At the banquet, authentic Japanese cuisine will be served.
Registration
The registration fee is 320 CHF for early registration (until 31 March) and 350 CHF for late registration. The registration fee includes the conference reception on Monday, dinner on Wednesday and coffee breaks.
